Position: Recruiter

Experience: 2+ years

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Responsibility

Recruiting candidates as per the requirement.

Sourcing and attracting candidates by using social media, job portals, cold call, emails, etc.

Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.

Screening resumes and interviewing.

Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

Scheduling interviews using Google Meet, Zoom, and other Online Platforms.

Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.

Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.

Create regular reports and presentations on HR Activities.

Required Skills

Experience in Recruitment in an IT Company.

Experience with sourcing techniques.

Handle End to the End recruitment process

Excellent communication skills.

Negotiation and conveying skills as needed.

Drafting and posting job descriptions.

Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

Good interpersonal skills.
