Job Overview

The International Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of Beacon Group India's business in international markets. This role requires a strong understanding of the in-vitro diagnostics industry and experience in marketing and selling medical devices. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a leading player in the global diagnostic industry and contribute to the company's success.

Qualifications And Skills

7 to 10 years of experience in international business development, preferably in the in-vitro diagnostics industry

Proven track record of success in marketing and selling medical devices

Strong knowledge of the in-vitro diagnostics industry and market trends

Experience working with distributors and managing international sales channels

Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results

Willingness to travel internationally as required

Fluency in English, additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to expand Beacon Group India's presence in international markets

Identify and explore new business opportunities in target regions, such as Latin America and Southern Africa

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, customers, and industry partners

Drive the sales and marketing efforts for Beacon Group India's in-vitro diagnostic products

Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration

Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote Beacon Group India's products

Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt business strategies accordingly

Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
