Job Description

We are looking for an Accountant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Responsibilities

GST Filing

QuickBooks Day today income and expenses checking

QuickBooks Profit and Loss account and Balance sheet report submission

IT statement preparation

Online Vendor bidding

DOT record maintenance and AGR report preparation

Lease line payment follow-up

Franchisee payment and report checking

Assisting accounts assistants and checking their reports

Monthly payment and vendor payments processing

Pay roll preparation

Rental agreement and franchisee agreement preparation

Insurance remainders

Important documents maintenance

Requirements And Skills

Must have a 5 Years Experience as an Accountant

Hands-on experience with accounting software like and QuickBooks

Advanced MS Excel skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
