Job Description :-

Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies and principles

Knowledge of TDS GST

Computing data for Filing GSTR-1, GSTR-2A, GSTR 3B, ESI EPF filing

Making entries of Sale, Purchase and Journal Vouchers in Tally ERP-9 software

Making Purchase Orders, raising Tax Invoices from Tally, making E Way bill online

Making Entries of receipt-payment vouchers, Bank Reconciliation Statement (Month wise)

Checking party balances, helping in Accounts Payable-Accounts Receivable reconciliation and maintaining debtors and creditors ageing reports

Oversee accounting daily operations, assist and oversee annual audits

Stock Reconciliation

Take responsibility for cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities

Regularly produce financial reports or statements as required

Ensure direct and indirect tax compliance and meet the organizational objectives

Establish and maintain fiscal files and records

Full time
