Account Assistant

Responsibilities

Financial Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain financial transactions and data into accounting software.

Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy.

Record Maintenance: Manage and organize financial records, invoices, and receipts for easy retrieval and auditing purposes.

Assist in Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, statements, and summaries as required.

Expense Tracking: Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Support Audits: Collaborate in providing necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.

Basic Analysis: Conduct basic financial analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

Communication: Interact with team members and vendors to address financial queries and maintain positive relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

0-1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
