Production Manager

Candidate should be Organizing job trainings to the team members, sub-ordinates and workers on the products. Supervising production team to manage and execute production projects.

Monitoring entire production activities of Bangalore region which involves Profile, Glass, Wood, Assembly, Nova Section and involved in overall classical doors production for Bangalore and others regions across India as well.

Technically preparing and conducting training to the installation teams to learn about every system of work and execute the same in site without flaws.

Preparing the designs as given by the sales team and executing the same by using softwares like AutoCAD, Coreldraw and Bazis.

Involving in technical discussions ( showrooms ) with production heads, showroom team, designers, execute and designing the production process work flow.

Organizing demos with sales teams on newly arrived components and explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the products.

Solving technical doubts of sales team and other regions.

Developing and training additional teams for emergency tasks.

Sound knowledge of operating machines.

Machinery Knowledge: Profile Cutting, Drilling, Panel Saw Cutting, Edge Polish and Beveling Machine, Membrane Foil Machine(Classical) and Vinyl Cutting Machine.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

2+ years of production experience

Strong organizational and managerial skills
