Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Marathi, Hindi and Manageable English is needed.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office

Prior customer service experience will be a plus
