Qualifications And Skills
4 to 6 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
Degree in Hotel Management or a related field
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Malayalam language is preferred
Experience in managing a team and providing training
Ability to analyze financial data and implement cost control measures
Passion for delivering high-quality food and beverage service
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
