Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team at Anicalls. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various IT positions. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Qualifications And Skills
1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a similar role
Proven track record in sourcing and selecting IT candidates
Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and terminologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders
Organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Roles And Responsibilities
Source, screen, and select qualified IT candidates for various positions within the company
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms and networks
Review and analyze resumes/CVs to identify potential candidates
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications
Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Conduct reference checks and verify employment and educational backgrounds
Maintain accurate candidate data and documentation in the recruitment database
Assist in onboarding new hires and support with necessary paperwork
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
