Job Overview

Accurate Powertech India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Sr. Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our power solutions, integration, Kirloskar Genset sales, Rental Genset, and Solar Power services. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the field.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the power solutions or capital equipment industry

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies

Strong knowledge of power solutions, Genset sales, and Solar Power

Experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content creation

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to analyze data and metrics to make data-driven marketing decisions

Leadership and team management skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth for power solutions, Genset sales, and Solar Power services

Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis

Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources

Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to optimize marketing strategies

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals
