Designation: Manager Works/ Plant Head.

Location: Ludhiana.

Educational Qualifications Should Be Degree/Diploma In Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 10 years & more.

Remuneration: Commensurate with skill, qualifications and experience.

Required Skills

Candidate should have Strong leadership, independent, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent problem solving skills.

Requirements

Candidate should have been a Manager Works or an Asst. Works Manager for at least 3-5 years in an injection molding company having 10 or more injection molding machines.

Its Techno commercial position.

Need to Plan, organize and direct the operation with effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.

Preferably from rigid packaging industry.

Should have Exposure to various systems like 5S, ISO/TS-16949, TPM, KANBAN, KAIZEN, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc

Should Have Excellent Factory operation & exposure to handle Labour Issue.

Should have knowledge of plastic raw material & it's processing.

Should know MS office basic application.

Job Responsibilities

Have to look in to entire operation i.e. Manufacturing Operation, vendor development, Production Management, Quality Assurance, Process improvement & also in Look into Product & Business Development activity.

To handle all internal, surveillance, re-certification and customer audits.

Handle of internal as well as external commercial audits & Cost reduction.

Company Profile: Our Client Company committed to the innovation, production & promotion of injection molded plastic goods. They are the largest Plastic Container supplier to the Paints Industry. HO in Mumbai & Old Plant at Daman.
