Position Purpose:

We need a Senior Accountant to join our finance department and take over the reporting and reconciliation duties for our company. Were partnered industries in India and provide innovation by bringing the most advanced surface technologies in Jewellery and Industrial sectors. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for heading the finance department and reporting directly to the

Management We need a professional with inherent leadership qualities and the attention to detail necessary to ensure accurate reporting in all areas. The successful applicant will have a basic knowledge of how dealerships are run and will have prior experience with tax issues.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department.

Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary

Reconcile balance sheet accounts

Delegate financial responsibilities to accounting team

Conduct regular ledger maintenance.

Knowledge of import of goods accounting is must with keeping Inventory in tally.

Well versed with Statutory Compliances like Adv Tax, TDS, GST, PT, EPF, ESIC etc

Skills And Specifications

Having minimum experience of 2 to 3 years

Knowledge of import of goods accounting is must with keeping Inventory in tally Ability to meet deadlines

Good liaison with all other department members

Able to work in team and willing to put up to team

Pays attention to detail

Able to operate in different work conditions such as on-site, off site

Able to work alone

Can work well in a fast-paced environment

Self-Starter who is proactive and motivated.

Education And Qualifications

Computer skills: Ms-Excel, Tally Prime, Internet, Word, Outlook

Experienced person who is master in Tally software currently Tally prime

Compensation and Benefits : As per the Industry Norms and 21 Leaves After Confirmation + 1 Bonus + Mediclaim up to 2 Lac pa. + In order to be eligible for the additional day's pay, it is necessary to complete the entirety of the scheduled workdays within the given month.
