Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Account Executive to join our team at Algo Trade 360 Pvt. Ltd. This role is responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the trade software industry.
Qualifications And Skills
Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the trade software industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Self-motivated and results-driven
Knowledge of the trade software industry and market trends
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Roles And Responsibilities
Identify and prospect for new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry research
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and challenges
Present and demonstrate our trade software solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, targets, and achievements
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies
