Qualifications And Skills

Valid nursing license and registration in the state of Karnataka, India

1 to 3 years of experience working in an ICU setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to provide effective, evidence-based care

Empathy and compassion towards patients and their families

Patient education skills to empower patients in managing their healthcare

Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping

Flexibility to work rotating shifts and provide on-call support as needed

Roles And Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, specifically in the intensive care unit (ICU) setting

Assess patients' health status and develop and implement individualized care plans

Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and perform procedures as necessary

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and manage patient care

Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and provide resources for continued support

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and nursing interventions

Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, following infection control guidelines

Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
