Roles And Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals

Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the healthcare team

Educate patients and their families/caregivers on proper healthcare practices

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
