Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Sales Executive to join our team at Avanta Healthcare Pvt Ltd. As a Medical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our home healthcare programs, nursing rehabilitation center services, and medical equipment/consumables. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications And Skills

1-3 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in home healthcare or related industry

Strong communication and sales ability

Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues

Proven ability in relationship building and negotiation

Effective presentation skills to deliver product presentations to potential customers

Roles And Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential customers to promote and sell our home healthcare programs, nursing rehabilitation center services, and medical equipment/consumables

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other referral sources

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and competitors' activities

Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and conferences to stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and customer satisfaction
