This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment and HR management. The job is located in Dharwad, Karnataka, India and is a full-time role.

Roles And Responsibilities

Source and attract potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.

Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Provide regular updates to the HR team and hiring managers on the status of open positions.
