Avanta Healthcare Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and compassionate ICU Nurse / Registered Nurse to join our team. As an ICU Nurse / Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing critical care to patients in the ICU. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications And Skills
Registered Nurse license in the state of Karnataka, India
Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in an ICU or critical care setting
Strong clinical skills and ability to effectively assess and respond to patient needs
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Empathy, patience, and ability to provide emotional support to patients and their families
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing patient needs and department requirements
Knowledge of electronic medical record systems and medical software
Roles And Responsibilities
Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records
Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition, vital signs, and other pertinent information
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
Educate and support patients and their families on disease management, healthy lifestyle choices, and treatment options
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Adhere to professional standards, company policies, and ethical principles
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
