Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursing Supervisor And Educator to join our team at Avanta Healthcare Pvt Ltd. As a Nursing Supervisor And Educator, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing guidance to nursing staff, as well as educating and training them. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with an expected experience level of 4 to 6 years.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

4-6 years of experience as a Nursing Supervisor or Educator

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to assign nurses to patients effectively

Strong knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures

Experience in nursing training and development

Ability to maintain and monitor nursing operational standards

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Assign nurses to patients based on their skills and availability

Ensure nursing operational standards are met and maintained

Provide nursing training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the nursing staff

Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient care delivery

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
