Qualifications And Skills

Valid nursing license in the relevant jurisdiction

1 to 3 years of experience in ICU nursing

Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively

Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures

Roles And Responsibilities

Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the ICU

Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Assist in procedures and treatments, such as intubation and ventilation

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans

Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures and self-care

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Participate in professional development and training programs
