Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ICU And Emergency Nurse to join our team at Avanta Healthcare Pvt Ltd. As an ICU And Emergency Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the intensive care unit and emergency department. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The junior level of experience required for this role is 1 to 3 years. Qualifications And Skills

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license

1-3 years of experience in intensive care unit and emergency nursing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of patient safety principles

Ability to assess and prioritize patient needs

Proficient in using medical equipment and technology

Familiarity with infection control protocols

Willingness to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Ability to provide patient education and support

Roles And Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the intensive care unit and emergency department

Assess and monitor patients, including vital signs, symptoms, and medical history

Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

Assist with medical procedures and emergency interventions

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols

Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care

Participate in continuous education and professional development
