Responsibilities

Cold-calling prospect customer for new business opportunities by calls and emails

Arranging samples and handling the customer calls and requests.

Direct point of contact for clients for quoting prices, getting orders, sharing invoice and ensuring on time dispatch.

Maintaining a database of prospect customers and reporting to head

Follow up with customers after sending samples and recording feedback

Informing tracking and dispatch details to customers.
