Job Summary

The SP POD Lead is part of the Sales Solution Engineering team and is responsible for leading a team of Solution Principals who drive the effectiveness of the sales team through strong functional and value alignment with the prospects' pain points. We are looking for someone with Client facing experience in transformation or consulting for the office of the CFO/CIO/CTO to create value, maximize growth and improve business performance. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leading teams

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of 5-10 SPs based out of Bhubaneshwar

Conduct reviews on deals to identify hurdles and propose a strategy and action plan

Perform deal inspection to check if the sellers adhered to the playbook and provide coaching on the gaps

Participate in Weekly Business Reviews to update Leadership on forecasts, deal status and any risks

Drive performance of the SPs to help achieve KPIs

Liaise with implementation team for implementation fees, simulations and SoW reviews

Participate in executive meetings with prospect CXOs to increase the chances of winning

Perform team admin tasks- Leaves, attendance, allowances etc.

Respond to escalations after thorough due diligence of the concern raised.

Work with Product to check feasibility of implementing customizations in our Product

Conduct interviews to continuously hire and backfill

Work as an on field pro coach for sellers by listening to calls, providing specific feedback and top grading

Drive self-prospecting initiatives and partner with Channels to increase SAL pipeline

Skill & Experience Needed

Overall 8-10 Years of experience with 3-4 years of team leading experience

Should have worked in Fintech B2B SaaS sales or Consulting or F&A Digital transformation

MBA from Tier 1/2 B-school, Engineering (any stream), CA, CWA

Experience in Order to Cash, Treasury, Record to Report is preferred
