DSV are recruiting for Customer Service Agent at Belfast. This role will be dealing directly with customers and hauliers and helping them with complaints and questions.

A successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a high level of customer service skills and be will versed in Microsoft packages including Excel.

Key Tasks

Liaising with colleagues in the office to ensure collections and deliveries are met as requested.

Acting as first line of contact for any haulier queries.

Supporting the H&D team.

Duties / Responsibilities

Provide customers with excellent support and service.

Daily monitor delivery and collection times.

Invoicing internally and externally.

Assist with other office duties as assigned.

Skills and Competencies

The ability to work as a team and as an individual.

Be adaptable and have excellent communication.

Work well under pressure.

Create a good positive atmosphere.

Take responsibility for decision making.
