As a Senior Technical Program Manager, your responsibilities will encompass the following:

1. E2E Technical Program Management: Leveraging deep contextual knowledge, the function provides structured solutions, enhancing customer experience through efficient project and program management, benefit realization and sustainment.

2. Centralized Hub for Collaboration: The Technical Program Management function acts as a centralized hub, promoting cross-functional collaboration to ensure predictability in executing pivotal programs in Foundation Engineering and HERE.

3. Orchestrated Approach: This approach adheres to industry best practices, aiming for optimized program delivery and enduring operational excellence.

4. Strategic alignment: The distinguishing factor lies in strategic alignment with organizational goals, with senior technical program managers serving as linchpins to ensure a substantial impact that resonates cohesively.

5. Cultural fostering: Through meticulous planning and continuous optimization, they foster a culture of predictability, sustainability, and operational excellence amid organizational expansion efforts.

6. Transitional Facilitation: Serving as a crucial force, it facilitates the seamless transition of program ownership to operational teams post successful objective achievement.

Who are you?

You are an experienced Technical Program Manager with over 12+ years of experience, holding an MBA/Master's degree, excelling in benefits realization for complex corporate programs as a subject matter expert and leaderYou have 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience 1. Strategic Vision and Execution: Demonstrated ability to establish and evolve vision, strategy, and execution for global programs, effectively balancing performance and change agendas while meeting customer commitments. 2. Global Agile Expertise: Direct experience in agile environments within mid-to-large size global organizations, showcasing a proven track record in delivering large-scale programs to the market. 3. Cross-Disciplinary Management: Track record of managing complex programs across multiple disciplines, including engineering, production, marketing, sales, and distribution, at various positions in the value chain. 4. Matrixed Collaboration: Ability to manage distributed functional teams remotely in a highly matrixed environment, collaborating effectively with all organizational levels and customers. 5. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills, demonstrated by the ability to collaborate at all levels within an organization and with customers. 6. Strategic Governance and Oversight: Oversee and lead tier 1 programs, ensuring alignment with C-suite and executive management goals for maximum impact. 7. Operational Excellence and Innovation: Drive operational excellence through the adoption of cutting-edge technology, enhancing project portfolio management practices, and revolutionizing ways of working for improved efficiency.
