Our Automation CoE serves as a centralized hub for all process automation-related developments using Low code/ No code platforms, providing guidance, governance, and support to ensure successful automation initiatives. Customers from various workstreams are looking for optimising and automate their existing business process.

As the Technical Platform Owner, you will work with multi-functional teams to drive the strategic development of various process automation platforms.

Key responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap for process automation solutions, aligning with different business goals and demands.

Close collaboration with Business Cross-functional teams: Engage with business regularly to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring a customer-centric approach to product development. Foster Collaboration with business owners from different Workstreams to identify and prioritize areas, workflows and processes suitable for automation. Develop product vision and roadmap plan aligned with business strategy and communicates across all critical stakeholders. Understand and communicates the need to show a return on investment and prepares an operating budget for the product. Support in preparing business cases for investment.

Process Analysis: Support business in process analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in the process automation landscape. Lead assessment of business processes through process demos, mapping, analysis, validating and signing off business benefits from leadership. Supporting process discovery workshops involving Technology and Operations teams to carry out deep dives of the process flows. Ensuring automation program benefits are accurately captured and reported through the lifecycle of automation projects

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements, ensuring they address customer needs and market demands.

Product Development: Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into product features, overseeing the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

Product Launch: Lead product launch activities, including developing strategies, and coordinating with business teams to ensure successful process adoption.

Product Performance Monitoring: Define key performance metrics and monitor product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and data to iterate on product features and enhancements.

Product Delivery Development Lifecycle : Drive key end-to-end lifecycle components solution design, development, testing and deployment. Has a thorough understanding of the broader product experience and uses this knowledge to develop comprehensive prototypes. Works closely with Sr. BA to write clear requirements for complex features or products and is responsive to requests for clarifications.

Tracking progress of annual priorities and goals against automation program KPIs. Set up and report the utilisation of different platform licenses. Help drive solutions for complicated design challenges.

Qualification

Proven experience 6-8 in product management, preferably with a focus on process automation solutions.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies, including process analysis, roadmap development, and product planning.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and product improvements.

Customer-focused with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.

Advantage: Strong understanding of process automation technologies, including robotic process automation (RPA), workflow automation, and business process management (BPM).

Technical Skills

Understands company technology stack at a high level, for the broader product.

Utilizes or extend the companys platform and underlying technologies to create new product features.

Speaks knowledgably with tech and data counterparts about development approaches in consideration.

Learns about new technologies to support new product development efforts.

Is comfortable analysing data using existing software packages (e.g. Excel).
