About the Role:
Accelerate business development and contribute to topline bottom-line growth of revenues from industrial and logistics consulting practice
Responsible for generation of new business through active sourcing of client leads, proposal / pitch preparation, passionate attitude towards active CRM aggressive proposal/engagement closures
Should be able to effectively enable / participate in project planning supervisory execution, ensure satisfactory project delivery to clients, ensure on-time financial closure and active CRM and relationship management with new and existing clients on ongoing basis
Good industry (subject knowledge) and project delivery / client handling experience especially working across both new age industrial segments such as renewables, clean mobility, semi-conductors etc. and established industrial segments such as automotive, pharma, electronics / semi-conductors beside other key FDI / growth contributors

Responsible for pitching curating service offerings relevant for the industrial client sets with specific focus on occupier/end user (industry players), developers/land and asset owners and institutional funds
High degree of Independence in day-to-day business development and CRM / project handling
Open and willing to frequently travel for Work outside of the base city
Expected Proficiency with basic operational tools such as US Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate within and across other business teams within the organization to enable multi X (organization wide) business growth for the segment
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills along with ability to innovate and develop strategy as well as lead practical day-to-day execution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
About You:
At least 8 -10 years of relevant experience in real estate research or consulting. Preferably in Industrial or Supply Chain background preferably with Management consultancy firms, IPCs, NBFC, RE developers or Big 4
Strong network with corporates, real estate developer community in West India as well as Pan India
Should have demonstrated ability of having presented reports/concepts to client and senior management.
Must possess strong research, quantitative, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills.
