Minimum Bachelor s degree in Agriculture

Master s degree in Agriculture would be advantageous.

Good academic record throughout the career.

Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in South India with Pesticides/seeds

Should have worked in 1-2 Southern states during his or her tenure.

Prior experience in an E-commerce company would be advantageous.

Skills

Excellent communication skills -reading, emailing, speaking

Telugu/Kannada/Tamil and English Language is a must

Should have good team management skills.

Business acumen and entrepreneurial skills.

Good convincing ability to ensure leads are turned to Sales.
