Logistics Assistant

Daily maintenance of materials management system, designed to provide accurate and valid information, and planning, purchasing, production, warehouse operators and service providers to communicate effectively in a timely manner, ensure a smooth implementation.

Roles Responsibilities

Monitoring incoming of raw materials, engineering spares and other miscellaneous items. Also, monitor the goods unloading activities .

Preparation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and submit to the finance team.

Raw materials issuance to production department.

Follow HSE guideline.

Daily stock management reporting.

Completes other work assigned by Management.

Delivery order and sales invoice preparation.

Ensure to FIFO process is followed while picking the materials.

Responsibility of good housekeeping at shop floor removal of unwanted materials from workplace.

Min. Qualifications

Bachelors Degree with major in management or logistics related field

Preferred Qualifications

3 years experience in indirect procurement from multi-national company.

Experience in MRO purchasing and Project purchasing.

Experience in internal trading and customs operation.

Other logistics experience (planning, raw material purchasing, material control, customer service, warehouse and waste disposal management) is plus.
