Project Manager initiates the overall structure of the project and its activities, including recommending Project Management requirements, evaluating project plans, identifying and managing issues and risks across projects, overseeing rollout of a multiple projects across multiple sites
Responsible for coordinating project communications, including compiling project information for reviews and promoting Governance compliance with the project management team
Project Manager is responsible for the mentoring of project team members
Participate in business case justification specializing in information technology
Applies analysis and independent judgment to both routine and non-routine information
Able to respond to the majority of situations with limited guidance and formulate alternative courses of action on more complex information with additional guidance from more senior employees
Has subject matter expertise in the tools and processes used to address business issues and reporting needs
Develops new reporting tools and use existing (Enterprise Project Management) tools for use in business management
Manages lifecycle of multiple key information solutions
Decompose project into time-phased projects and prioritize key project deliverables; Assumes full accountability for overall success of a project through deployment
Define project goals and objectives; Identify customer requirements; Identify resource requirements; Develop project/project budget; Ensure headcount and capital dollar resources are identified for all project phases; Track incurred and projected expenses against project plan and report to management
Develop and be accountable for the overall project plan by integrating sub-project plans; Ensure resources are committed and engaged for all project phases

Manage key decision points in project plan; Communicate effectively at the Global, Regional, and Area levels
Manage project to ensure deliverables are produced, and partner to obtain sign-offs; Work with partners to clarify roles and responsibilities so project is well executed
Negotiate within and across IT organizations for resources to support project objectives; Support negotiations with vendors and internal clients on cost, schedule, and scope; Re-negotiate contracts with sponsors to meet change requirements while maintaining benefits
Develop mitigation strategies and steps to eliminate or minimize effects of risk on project IT plans
Review and evaluate project documentation deliverables for completeness and accuracy; Conduct post-implementation review and communicate results to facilitate learning
Establishing ownership of enterprise-wide issues

Managing the implementation of global business solutions
Take full ownership of Transaction Services Forecast/OL and EPM updates

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree
6+ years of related experience
Ability to manage global, strategic high-risk projects involving complex cross-project interlock
Ability to work closely with the Business Leaders, IT Partners, and peers for the project, the customer and the development/implementation team within a Project Team environment
Interface with multiple business functions and organizations, as well as multiple specialists, in defining, producing and managing plans for successful project delivery
Ability to to lead/coordinate a cross-functional team, ensuring that projects meet defined scope, time, cost and quality constraints
Ability to deal with organizational influences, ambiguity and continuous change
