Workout a schedule and achieve the production targets against overall assembly plan

Undertake the responsibility of assembly and testing without any defect

Ensure the product is in stock for on time delivery commitment to meet customer requirement

Coordinating all department to get material for product assembly without any delays

Ensure internal and external quality focus within area of responsibility.

Address the customer complaints pertaining to manufacturing defects.

Address the area of improvement and change required to increase productivity.

Employee performance monitoring on daily basis

Monitoring on process changes as per engineer's request

Plan and Execution of production for the new products as per Engineering Bom

Ensuring proper housekeeping in shop floor / 5s
