Secure Penetration achievement against B.P Targets ( HD LMD, Bus combined) for their respective regions and respective verticals. Accidental claims update to regions ( Dashboard circulation, Monitoring of claims for customer satisfaction, coordination with TTIBI team for zero escalation).

Eicher Xtend

Penetration on vehicle sales through dealerships pipeline management.Activation of 100% dealers of your respective regions. Developing the ideal dealership in each region, i.e dealers who can be role-model for EW business for the region).

Eicher MilEdge

Activating all the dealers of the respective regions.NEW Vehicle: 100% distribution of cards (No of chassis sold = No of cards issued).
