Position: Lead Operations Analyst

Employment Type: Full time

Location: Guindy, Chennai (WFO)

Timing: 8:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST [Night Shift Timing (Indian Time): 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Varies as per time zone, +/- 1 hour)]

Evaluation Criteria:

Provide support to payments (ACH) process.

Adhere to the productivity, quality, and timeline related guideline.

Mentor and multi-skill team members.

Compile data for root-cause, trend analysis and present insights to manager.

Initiate CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) process and work towards continuous improvement.

Proactively propose areas of process improvement and automation.

Competencies and experience:

6-7 years of overall work experience in operations with 2-3 years in payments (ACH) operations.

Experience in performing quality checking, root-cause analysis, trend analysis and continuous improvement.

Mentored / monitored performance of team

Ability to work with global stakeholders, especially US region.

Collaborative mindset.

Take ownership and responsibility.

Ability to work under minimum guidance and supervision.

Experience required: 6- 7 plus Overall years of experience

Relevant: 6 years of experience

Budget : 9 LPA (Including Shift Allowance)

Work Timings : 8.30 PM to 5.30 AM IST (Varies as per Geography)
