Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events.

• Identify and assess the insurance needs of clients through thorough needs analysis and financial consultations.

• Present and explain different life insurance options, coverage benefits, and premium rates to clients in a clear and understandable manner.

• Customize insurance solutions based on clients' financial situations, risk tolerance, and long-term objectives.

• Guide clients through the application and underwriting process, providing support and assistance as needed.

• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and facilitate policy issuance.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the company.

• Stay updated on industry trends, product enhancements, and regulatory requirements affecting the life insurance market.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Knowledge of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments and provide suitable recommendations.

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Life insurance licensure or willingness to obtain licensure within a specified timeframe.
