The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues reported by the school, providing support and guidance to users, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the ERP system performing transactional work on the schools data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills and proficiency in the Hindi language.

- Active listening and the ability to communicate technical concepts.

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
