Strong technical proficiency in administering, configuring, and troubleshooting Atlassian products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with Agile methodologies and software development practices is a plus.
