About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management within a company of 200-500 employees. He will oversee all aspects of company finance, including payroll management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the companys financial systems and processes.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate projections.

Manage payroll processes, including employee compensation, benefits, and tax compliance.

Monitor cash flow and liquidity to optimize financial performance.

Conduct regular financial audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making and business growth initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform financial strategies and initiatives. Key Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;

8+ years of experience in financial management, with a focus on payroll and employee compensation.

Proven track record of success in developing and implementing financial strategies.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
