Senior Manager - Database Management

Responsible for managing our Oracle and SQL Server database infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security. Work closely with IT team and business stakeholders to support critical banking applications and services.

Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification.

Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture, including Oracle RAC, Data Guard, Golden Gate and TDE.

Experience with Oracle performance tuning, including SQL optimization, index management, and memory management.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Enforce security policies and access controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Configure and manage Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) for high availability and scalability.

Implement and maintain disaster recovery solutions, including Oracle Data Guard and Active Data Guard.

Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database software and related components.

Perform database upgrades, patches, and migrations as required.

Monitor and optimize database performance, including query optimization, indexing, and resource utilization.
