Product Owner

Works with various business groups across regions to support a Single, Complete, Actionable view of Ford Motor Company Customers

-Accurately record, assess and distill Business system requirements

-Identify and prioritize business requests based on value to Ford motor company

-Maintain rapport with business customers and assist with PoC, delivery and UAT of solutions

-Support business process change management and communication

-Assists with strategy development and planning

-Oversee project management and meeting milestones

-Interfaces with IT development team to hand off technical requirements and verify deliverables

-Develops the long term strategic vision of what we wish to build and where we want to take the platform conveying that to the stakeholders

-Works with architecture and solution engineering teams to ensure proposed enhancements and new development meet enterprise IT direction

-Manages backlog for IT delivery teams

-Documents key business drivers (legal requirements, business rules, compliance and governance)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and communicate a clear product vision.

Prioritize and maintain the product backlog.

Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders.

Plan and prioritize product releases.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

Write user stories and acceptance criteria.

Participate in iteration planning meetings.

Ensure product quality through testing and reviews.

Conduct market research for product improvement.

Support product launch activities.

Seek feedback for continuous product improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or Master

Knowledge about Microservices and Data Product (GCP/Cloud)
