Ensure production and productivity of the sinter plant are in line with the Business Plan and monthly plan

.ï'· Ensure sinter quality as per customer demand

.ï'· Ensure effective implementation of quality control plan

.ï'· Planning and execution of shutdown.

ï'· To ensure straightening and accuracy on physical verification

.ï'· Implementation of 5S across the sinter plant

.ï'· Coordination with the mechanical and electrical departments for the smooth operation of the plant.

ï'· Coordination with all stockholders for day-to-day plant operation.ï'· Optimization and Capacity Utilization of Equipment & Manpower

.ï'· Encourage and take up innovative ideas /projects for optimizing cost, and improving productivity and process

.ï'· Ensuring Safety, Health, Environmental control & Compliance as per the set standards.

ï'· Ensure an ethical and professional work culture.

ï'· Ensure compliance with all relevant/statutory provisions under the applicable acts.Desired Skills & Knowledge

:ï'· Knowledge of the sintering Process & system

ï'· Knowledge of various Raw Materials, value-added processesï'· Knowledge of quality parameters of desired input materials and sinter

ï'· Knowledge of crushing, weigh scales, ID fans, blowers, and conveyors
