Job Purpose:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overall requirements gathering and project delivery. Also responsible for tracking and reporting status for network build projects.

Essential Functions:

Requirements gathering -- 15%

Project charter development Project plan development and ownership -- 15%

Communication ownership -- 15%

Risk management -- 15%

Escalation management (Internal & External)

Change coordination -- 20%

Budget management Resource allocation/utilization oversight -- 20%

Stakeholder Management Vendor Management

Four years of college resulting in a Bachelor`s Degree or equivalent.

Project Management certification (or equivalent) required.

Excellent communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Experience managing multiple projects Simultaneously

Flexibility to accommodate an ever-changing environment

Proficient with tools commonly used in agile environments (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, )

Service Now experience a plus
