Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance and solve queries for customers via inbound chats for UK based banking chat process

• Handle inquiries related to client products and services efficiently

• Deliver prompt and professional customer support

Salary:

23,000 to 25,000 per month plus incentives

Work Schedule:

• 5 Days Working

• 2 Days rotational weekly offs
