o Candidate should have good communication and convincing skills.
o Target orientation and Self-motivated individual who would like to grow in career
o Candidate with good experience in end to end technical and non-technical recruitment.
o Having worked and closed non-IT positions from mid to senior level.
o Building and Maintaining Database of Contacts and Resumes.
o Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals/LinkedIn / referencing, etc. efficiently.
o Head Hunting and ability to interact, develop network though social media, get best referral resource for any given requirement.
o Screening, shortlisting, sourcing the candidates as per client requirement doing end to end
