DOOWUP aims to make designer-crafted interiors available to all homeowners. Homes worth Rs 50-100 lacs make up 33% of the residential real estate market in India. With DOOWUP's pocket friendly & contemporary interior solutions, we aim to be the largest branded player in this segment across tier 1, 2 & 3 cities of India within the next 3 years. We will serve around 750+ customer over the next one year.
Role description :
You will be responsible for the growth and P&L of the region, the customer experience we offer our clients & prospects, and the development & management of the team. This is a highly entrepreneurial role, and will need you to be great at 0 to 1 and at 1 to 10.
Your span of control will include the city sales, design and operations teams. You will lead our relationship with all city-based partners & vendors (manufacturers, Installation vendors, HDS vendors, local service providers who enable business for us). In this role, you will also work closely with the central HomeLane team based in Bengaluru, to derive DOOWUP brand & business.

Contribution Margin = Revenue - Cost of Goods Sold - Design Costs - Square Partner Payments - Internal Ops Cost - Marketing Costs (Online & Offline customer acquisition, Branding)
Responsibilities :
Customer Acquisition:
Work with marketing and offline channels teams to get the right leads as per targeted customer segment
Convert leads to meetings through email, voice and text campaigns
Ensure adequate staffing for meetings - Drive meeting-SLAs
Drive order closure (Sales) :
Leverage our technology capabilities: Spacecraft, IQ, Modular Quotation App, Salesforce
Drive sales SLAs - sales follow ups, revised quotations, site visits (as needed)
Manage overall marketing budget
Based on city target
Customer servicing
Design :
Manage 10-40% process of design to ensure customers get a top-notch experience
Hire & retain Design Manager, Design Relationship Managers & in collaboration with HomeLane People Team
Operations :
Installation
Managing customer escalations across Design, production and Installation should also feature here
Ensuring that DOOWUP is delivering per commitment on every single project
Hiring and employee performance management
Partner Management :

Vendor Management in the city
Job Requirement
Who we are looking for
Strong people management skills, with a track record of building and managing high performance teams
Seasoned entrepreneur / P&L owner with 5-8 years of experience in fast-paced, high growth setups
Strong bias for action, customer centricity and deep-dive traits
