Candidate Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should have the following qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience in life insurance sales

Strong knowledge of the agency channel and its dynamics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
