JOB ROLE :-

R&D Facility Planning, Project management & Budget control

Indirect Procurement (AMC/ Spares & Capex related)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :-

Driving adherence to practices for Budget planning in accordance to ZBB philosophy, spend analysis, and management reporting

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS :-

Sourcing & Budgeting Experience (Level: Expert):

Expertise in sourcing, logistics and vendor management area

Strong Negotiating and influencing skills: able to influence business partners and suppliers as well as the ability to be assertive to ensure compliance to contracts

Knowledge of International business concepts, eg. L/C, INCO Terms, Custom Clearance, etc.

Deep understanding of Capital Budget planning, approval and monitoring.

Analytical Aptitude (Level: Expert):

Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret the data for spend analysis and management reporting

Expertise in data analysis and info-graphic visualization using advanced excel functions and Power Point

Logical reasoning and problem solving skills

Financial Acumen (Level: Intermediate):

Information of indirect and direct taxation and its impact on sourcing cycle.

Awareness of the changing rules and its impact on work areas

General Competencies (Level: Expert):

Conceptual understanding of processes and deliverables

Task orientation and quality consciousness

Process oriented mindset in executing activities in compliance to the company guidelines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Customer oriented approach

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :-
