The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the Axis Brand and building scale for subsidiaries. The Key role of
the marketing function is to influence consumer behavior & help the various businesses of the bank achieve their business
goals by developing a cohesive brand & marketing strategy that drives awareness, affinity & therefore consideration for
Brand Axis. Marketing department is also the custodian of Brand Axis, (i.e.) What does the Brand stand for, Our Brand
Philosophy etc. .
About the Role
The primary responsibility of the role is that of Brand custodian. The individual in the role will aid the Brand head in ensuring
Brand cohesion across the Bank & the group, Ensure Brand assets are safe guarded at all time, aid in the development of
strategic Brand & Marketing strategy,aid in development of advertising & communications initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Mange & Safe guard Axis Bank Brand & Subsidiary brands
- Co-ordinate with various stakeholder - Product/Business teams, Agencies, finance team to deliver key marketing &
Brand KPI
- Ideations, conceptualizing & Development of Brand & Marketing strategy.
- Ideation, conceptualizing& Development of Advertising & Communication initiatives.
- Conceptualize, design & develop Axis corporate Brand literature & communications inline with the overall brand
guidelines
- Maintain brand integrity across product lines across all mediums for internal and external communication
- Manage ORM for Axis Bank
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
. MBA in Marketing
. 11 - 15 years of experience in Marketing
