Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter at Excent Solutions. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. They will also be responsible for overseeing job postings, developing recruitment strategies, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Qualifications

Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

Experience in the BPO industry is mandatory

Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and accuracy

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
