Presales Executive

Role And Responsibilities

Handle an average of 120 calls per day, managing both outbound and inbound calls.

Dial-up warm leads provided by the marketing team.

Conduct initial conversations with potential customers to understand their needs and qualify them further.

Gather relevant information about potential customers' requirements, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.

Deliver scripted pitches to customers while adapting them to individual preferences.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead qualification activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu languages.

Capacity to make 130-150 calls per day.

Willingness to work a 6-day week schedule, which includes Saturdays and Sundays, with one week off during weekdays.

Ability to effectively engage and interact with customers.

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in Presales, Inside Sales, Tele-calling, Telesales, Customer Service, BPO, Sales, or a related field.

Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions is a plus.
