Jr. Cloud Computing Engineer

As a Junior Cloud Computing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, implementation, and management of cloud-based infrastructure and services. You will work closely with senior engineers to deploy and optimize cloud environments, troubleshoot issues, and assist in the development of automation tools and scripts. Responsibilities

Assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure on platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Provision and configure virtual machines, storage, networking, and other cloud services according to project requirements and best practices

Monitor cloud environments for performance, security, and availability, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement cloud-based architectures that meet business objectives

Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline provisioning, configuration, and management tasks using infrastructure as code (IaC) principles

Assist in the implementation of cloud security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network security.

Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to support knowledge sharing and training activities

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud computing roles

Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services, such as virtualization, storage, networking, and computing

Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred but not required

Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
